Shanti is a seasoned Learning and Development Professional. She comes with two Decades of Professional experience in Corporates and nearly One decade experience in Training and Development.
Shanti comes with rich experience in diversified industries like Banking, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Service Industries with exposure in multi-cultural and multi-location in large Multi-National Organizations across India and Overseas.
Learning & Development being her Passion, she began her second innings in 2016 after obtaining necessary certifications. Since then, she has impacted over 5000 people through Training, Facilitation and Coaching.
